When a consumer selects a provider, their details go to that provider and only that provider — not a list, not a data broker, not anyone who will call from an unknown number. The provider completes the application on their own licensed platform.
A Category I FSP licence application is in preparation. The architecture — the data model, the consent flows, the POPIA compliance, the FICA-governed claims process, and the audit trail — is built for that licence. The regulatory infrastructure was designed by someone who held the FAIS Key Individual licence and was personally accountable for FSCA audit outcomes.
